Today Brenda is three and on Tuesday she will get a new brother. It has been an exciting three years for all of us. She has brought alot of joy to the family. Having a little one around keeps everyone hopping. We are always happy to have little ones around and I am excited to have my first great grandchild come into the world. Pictures will follow with more great excitement.

Dec. 21, 1st day of Winter. White Christmas is starting, and I love it. Snow all over Utah County, we had close to a foot. Brenda made a snowman and she says the snow is half her size. Tanner and friend shoveled snow longer than a hour. Quit snowing for now, looks really pretty, love the snow in Utah because we know how to clean up snow here. Few pictures.

Well here it is a few days before Christmas, and I am having a hard time getting the Christmas, it will be the first Christmas in 11 years that Tiara and Colton haven't been with us. They are safe in Kentucky, and now looking for a new life. I just hope things go well for them. They will miss me I know, LOL, because I am the bomb. They are great kids, as are all my grandkids, I am proud of all they do and the things they have accomplished and are doing in their lives. No one could have greater grandkids. Kincade and Hunter were baptized and we had three families together. I being the only grandmother of both. Kristopher was in the play at Timpanogas, It was footloose and it was great. We are lucky to still have Tanner with us.

Well three times fishing and success as always at our favorite fishing hole, but not at the new one we checked out. Will stick to the tried and true. Took some of the grandkids and had a great time. Visited with Mavis and Kim for a short time. Had a very bad Saturday after coming home last Saturday, knocked a pitcher off on my nose, fell in the parking lot between a flower bed and my car, 1 ft. clearance between the running board. A young man tried to help me, but he didn't have a winch so had to figure it out my self. Bruised my whole right side, but life does get better. Went to the balloon fest also but too much wind so balloons didn't raise. Did fireworks and bbq at Beckis on Monday. Got my scrapbook room reorganized and now maybe I can get back to doing what I like best. Have enjoyed my summer so far, except for a few things going on, going to enjoy the week. The new baby to come, heartbeat has been heard and mom can relax now.

Sunday morning and all is quiet, much has happend this month, summer vacation, trip to LV to attend Darleens deployment party. Scout camp for Colton, setting up the pool, Trek for Tanner and Tiara, Fathers Day and my 66th Birthday. ALREADY.. The trip to vegas was quick but good so glad that we went, just ron and I. When you get to be my age you want to have no regrets and so was so glad we were able to visit with the family and see Dee before she left for Afghanistan. She is a remarkable young lady and seems to be handling it well, some homesickness and even scary things to look forward to but very brave.

My bday came and went celebrated by going out to dinner and doing nothing else. Fathers day, those who live here came for dinner and we had a great time. Our numbers are growing, and I mean growing up and it is quite the gang. Colton went on a 3 day camp and worked on his survival skills, and Tanner and Tiara took a pioneer trek and pulled handcarts and slept out in the open and got plenty dirty. They pretty much tried to be like the handcart companies with everything they had in a handcart and pulling it 17 miles or so. It seemed to be a great experience for all. Also to make the month even greater, found out I am going to be a great grandmother for the first time(Karissa and Nate) and my sweet Becki will be having #3, both Becki and Karissa have been very sick, but hopefully this too shall pass. I have so much to ber greatful for. Can't forget that Mac also took a scout trip down the Green River they canoed and Mac is a little tired of the water. Cecilee went to Lake Powell for girls camp, can you imagine. The greatest news is Hunter is back hearing again, they fixed his implant and turned it back on this week, now he can hear us. The Box family has been truly blessed, God is looking over us and keeping us safe, but not without trials.
Well alot has happened over the summer and school starting, hunting fishing, halloweening and many other great activites, birthday Sundays and etc. Its all about family.
